● It is mandatory to provide Govt ID card during checkin at hotel. Pan Card is not allowed as a ID card as it doesnt mention the address.
● The above mentioned rates are subject to guaranteed no. of pax as mentioned above, decreasing of rooms or pax will effect torates on conditional basis.
● In case of unmarried couple the guest’s age should be above 18. Property holds the right to deny if the guest is coming with local id card.
● For children the property holds the right to ask to provide valid id card as age proof.
● In case of any natural calamity or political unstability the advance amount wont be refunded. The amount will be adjusted in the same property within 1 year from the prior checkin date.
● In case of non fulfillment of rooms FusionStays will be responsible to arrange another property in similar or higher budget. In case the alternative property is in less budget FusionStays will refund the adjustment. In case guest denies to checkin to the alternative property FusionStays will refund 100% of the advance paid.
● Once a booking has been rescheduled, the rescheduled booking cannot be cancelled or modified.
● A booking can be rescheduled only once.
