This beautiful Shantiniketan homestay, set amidst nature and surrounded by trees, offers a peaceful retreat away from the noise of the city. The Homestay offers spacious, airy rooms furnished with charming antique decor.The property spans over 2-2.5 acres, featuring a rustic central home, green lawns, a quaint restaurant, two cozy cottages, and several other rooms nestled among the trees. Each cottage has a veranda. Sitting on the front veranda with a book and a cup of coffee is the perfect way to unwind and soak in the tranquil surroundings. Sukanya, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel cared for, while the friendly and helpful staff enhance the overall experience. 

The food at Mitali is a highlight, offering a variety of cuisines—Indian, Chinese, Continental, Mughlai, and more. Guests can enjoy unique traditional dishes made with uncommon ingredients and homemade jams, pickles, and sweet dishes that are available for purchase. The dining experience, curated by Sukanya, the owner, is exceptional, often featuring produce grown in the homestay’s own garden.

The homestay is pet-friendly and home to several friendly cats that add a playful vibe to the place. This, combined with the warm and inviting atmosphere, makes Mitali Homestay feel like a home away from home.
