Best Time to Visit Haridwar

Haridwar is where you can visit anytime in a year, but October to April would be the best time to visit it because the climate will be good. It is also more than crowded with huge tourist crowds during the Kumbh Mela fairs, Kanwar Yatra fairs, and Kartik Purnima fairs. It would be too hot during summer, but if religious fairs interest you, then it would be the time with religious fairs all around.

Places to see in Haridwar

1. Har Ki Pauri

Har Ki Pauri is a sacred ghat of Haridwar, where Ganga Aarti is present in the morning and evening. It is such a beautiful scene of diyas in a river in thousands.

2. Mansa Devi Temple

It is situated on Bilwa Parvat and is the property of Goddess Mansa Devi—either cable car travel or bird's eye view trekking of Haridwar.

3. Chandi Devi Temple

The most populated temple of Haridwar, Chandi Devi Temple, is somewhere located on Neel Parvat. Yes, the travellers think that their prayer gets fulfilled after puja here.

4. Shantikunj Ashram

World-famous meditation and research and study centre of spiritual literature, Shantikunj Ashram is an international research and training centre of Indian spirituality and culture.

5. Bharat Mata Mandir

It is a temple called the Temple of Mother India and has some Indian historical figures and events. This temple represents India’s rich culture and also shows spiritual heritage
