| Payment & Cancellation Policies You must make all payments 5 days prior before check-in In case of any natural calamity or political instability the advance amount won't be refunded. The amount will be adjusted to the same property within 1 year of the prior check-in date. A Cancellation Handling Charge of Rs.300 will apply to all cancellation cases. This will be calculated on a per booking id basis. If the booking is cancelled a refund will be processed in this format within 7 days of cancellation request.
