Among these, 6 rooms are designed for double occupancy, while 4 rooms cater to groups of four, comfortably accommodating up to 28 guests. Each room is equipped with attached western style toilets and geysers. The homestay has a seperate garden and pink lotus ponds. Campfire facilities are available in the garden upon special request for an additional charge. The beach becomes further thrilling between the months of January & March where the Oilve Ridley Turtles which visit the beach for ages. It has now been declared as a national park to save these endangered species.
2) Shiva Temple: The ancient Shiva Temple near Bhitarkanika has been the place of attraction for visitors from long time. It has now been renovated which has enhanced the beauty of this ancient monument.
3) Kanika King Palace: The palace of the earlier rulers of Bhitarkanika has been developed as a tourist spot.
4) Silted Lotus Pond: The national flower of India blossoms in many colours in the silted pond near Bhitarkanika. This unique garden for the lotus presents a mesmerizing experience for tourists.
5) Nandankanan National Park: This is the breeding location for many endangered species including the Asiatic & Sangal Lions, Nilgiri Langurs, Indian Crocodiles, Tailed Macaque etc. The national park got international acclaim for its contribution towards the growth of White Tiger population, which is one of the rarest species in the world.
