By Rail:

The closest railway station is New Jalpaiguri (NJP), around 145 km from Dzongu. From NJP, one can take a shared or private cab to reach Mangan.

By Road:

Dzongu is accessible via road from Gangtok (70 km away) and Siliguri (140 km away). The journey involves reaching Mangan, from where a special permit is required to enter Dzongu. Taxis or jeeps are available from Gangtok and Mangan.
