This is a standard homestay located in Chakung for cozy accomodation & mesmerizing nature view.  The homestay is located 40km north of Darjeeling. This old, tranquil home on top of a forested hill provides accommodation to anyone who would like to experience the essence of Sikkim. This homestay was build 120 years ago & is surrounded by a small organic farm, where if guests want can help the host & his family in vegetable gardens, the orchids or farm animals. Around the farm their is a pristine forest, where guests can sit for hours admiring the beautiful orchids, trees & variety of birds, deer & many other animals. In their village, guests will experience the hospitality of Lepcha people, original inhabitants of Sikkim.

There are 3 comfortable rooms with two beds in each room. There is clean western toilet & showers along with hot water. They also provide 3 delicious Sikkimese meals per day catering for vegetarians & non-vegetarians.
