It’s around 67 km from Lachen and offers a breathtaking view of the crystal-clear blue waters surrounded by snow-covered peaks. The lake is sacred to Buddhists, Sikhs, and Hindus.

2. Chopta Valley

Located near Lachen, Chopta Valley is known for its alpine meadows, snow-covered peaks, and beautiful river streams. It’s ideal for trekking, photography, and nature lovers. The valley is especially scenic during spring, with blooming flowers and lush greenery.
