How to Reach Dawaipani

By road-The distance between Dawaipani and Siliguri is about 50 km . The time taken will be approximately 3 hours.

From Siliguri, you have to take the Hill Cart Road (NH10). From there, you have to continue to Kurseong, which is a clean driveway in between lush green forests and mountains. Just before reaching Ghoom take a right turn towards Jorbunglow and proceed towards 3rd mile.

By Train-The fastest mode of transport is the train journey. Major trains from Howrah and Sealdah Railway Stations leave for NJP junction, which subsequently takes you to Dawaipani. Trains such as Darjeeling Mail (12343) depart from Sealdah at 10:05 PM and reach NJP at 8:00 AM the next day. Prantik Express (12377) depart from Sealdah at 11:15 PM and reach NJP at 9:15 AM the next day.

Howrah-New Jalpaiguri Satabdi Express (12041) leaves from Howrah at 2:15 PM and reaches NJP station at 10:15 PM.
